Terms & conditions when booking courses/classes

All bookings are only confirmed when full payment has been made. This can be online or in person with cash. Sorry we can no longer take cheques. All bookings are non transferable and non refundable. To encourage pre booking, drop in, and last minute bookings (less than 24 hours before) is £1 higher cost


Refunds on courses can only be given in extreme circumstances and at least 14 days before the course starts. There will be an administration cost of £20 on a course. We will not refund once the course has started under any circumstances


If you have made a booking but then decide to change days we need 14 days' notice and it may be subject to administration fee. Classes are non-transferrable to other days and other people. You are making a booking for a specific class on a specific day.
Classes in Courses that have been booked are non transferable / or classes when you have booked 7 for the price of 6 as you would have got a cheaper price.

Missed classes

We are sorry but missed classes are not refundable 

Changes in your course

If for any reason we need to change or cancel a class, we will let you know as early as possible and offer an alternative day/class. If that day does not suit you a refund for that class will be issued.

Health and safety

At the start of your first course / class, you will be required to fill in a brief medical questionnaire and sign it to say you are fit and well to take part in the class. During the course it is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any changes to your health. If you are in any doubt about your health you should consult your doctor. If you arrive late for a class you may not be allowed in and the class will be forfeited (so please don't be late).

Behaviour in class

We respectfully ask that you do not take photos during classes unless it has been authorised by the instructor and other people in the class. We will set aside appropriate times for photos. Also we request that you should dress appropriately for a fitness setting - trainers for warm up, shorts, leggings, vest or T shirts, and treat other people in the class with respect.

Please make sure you check what to wear for classes - If you turn up for Aerial yoga or silks wearing zips you will not be able to take part and will lose your booking. Also I respectfully ask that you wear appropriate clothing - please be aware that you will be upside down for a part of the class so very baggy t shirts will be around your ears !

Memberships (By DD only)

Memberships are ONLY available by Direct Debit and must be set up before the 1st of the month so money can be collected on that date.

Bookings for classes can be done on a weekly basis only (14 days in advance) and if you book a class but do not attend it, or give less than 12 hours notice for cancellation,  you  may be fined 50% of the cost of the class  If you wish to cancel your membership we ask for one fulls months notice please, and if you cancel your membership but then wish to restart it at a later date there will be a rejoining fee to cover setting up the membership again (£25). There are only a limited amount of Aerial memberships available and once we reach that number no more of those types will be available

Personal Training / Special Events

I need payment for events (party/ small groups) 7 days before please

Personal training must be paid for at time of booking - or a minimum of 48 hours before. Cancellation after this time is not possible without losing payment.
