Terms & conditions for booking courses/classes/memberships

All bookings are only confirmed when full payment has been made. You can book online for all classes,  build your own course by buying class credits and using them to book, or book a 4 week consecutive block of classes (not transferable), or buy a membership. We feel we offer flexible ways to book,  but we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after booking. We also can not transfer or refund dates on blocks of classes.

Memberships (By DD only)

Memberships are ONLY available by Direct Debit and for a minimum of 4 months.  They run from the beginning of the month and are not opt in and out for holidays and illness. You need to sign up fro membership by the 25th of the month in order for the DD request to be in place and credits to be issued to your account, and for the money to be collected around the 1st.  I require one FULL calendar months notice to cancel. If you cancel and wish to rejoin less than 4 months later, there is a £30 admin charge to rejoin. It is your responsibility to cancel your DD at your bank and we will not refund if you forget to cancel. 

Membership credits are for the members use only and can not be used to book in friends and family. Unused credits are lost and not rolled over.  Please be careful you only book one place in each class. If you book more than one place, your credit will not be refunded as you will have taken 2 spaces. 

Please make sure you are happy with all of the T&C's for membership, booking and cancelling (48 hour policy) as  I will not make exceptions for any reason

Cancellations

We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy that you can use online. You can cancel classes and rebook online. If you cancel later than 48 hours before the class starts, the class credit will be lost. Please do let us know if you can not make class as often we have a waiting list and we can offer the place to another member.

Missed classes

We are sorry but missed classes are not refundable 

Changes in your course

If for any reason we need to change or cancel a class, we will let you know as early as possible and offer an alternative day/class. If that day does not suit you a refund for that class will be issued.

Health and safety

At the start of your first course / class, you will be required to fill in a brief medical questionnaire and sign it to say you are fit and well to take part in the class. During the course it is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any changes to your health. If you are in any doubt about your health you should consult your doctor. If you arrive late for a class you may not be allowed in and the class will be forfeited (so please don't be late).

Behaviour in class

We respectfully ask that you do not take photos during classes unless it has been authorised by the instructor and other people in the class. Please do not take pictures or video with other people in the background.  Please treat other people in the class with respect. 

Please make sure you check what to wear for classes - If you turn up for Aerial yoga or silks wearing zips you will not be able to take part and will lose your booking. Also I respectfully ask that you wear appropriate clothing - please be aware that you will be upside down for a part of the class so very baggy t shirts will be around your ears !

Personal Training / Special Events

I need payment for events (party/ small groups) 10 days before please. All deposits are non refundable and not transferable. A booking is only confirmed when a deposit has been paid 

Personal training must be paid for at time of booking - or a minimum of 48 hours before. Cancellation after this time is not possible without losing payment.
